My item doesn't work

1. Read the manual that was included with your product.
2. Insert the batteries. Ensure that the (+) and (-) battery terminals coincide with the (+) and (-) markings on the product near the battery compartment.
3. Hold down the power button for up to 10 seconds or scroll the dial up to turn on the item.
4. Press on other buttons to trigger its functions (not available on some models).
5. Hold down the power button for at least 10 seconds or scroll the dial down to turn off the item.
6. If the item is still not working, try to flip the batteries the other way.

Remote controlled items must be turned on prior to using the remote control.

Please contact us if you still have difficulties with the item.

1. Read the manual that was included with your product.
2. Locate a power adapter that will plug into the wall outlet (not included with most products) or a computer with a USB port that is turned on.
3. Plug the item in and make sure the charging light indicator is on or flashing. Charge the item for at least 4 hours.
4. Hold down the power button for at least 10 seconds to turn on the item.
5. Press on other buttons to trigger its functions (not available on some models).
6. Hold down the power button for at least 10 seconds to turn off the item.
7. If the item is still not working, try to charge the device from another source. Some computers USB power output may not be enough to charge the toy.

Remote controlled items must be turned on prior to using the remote control.

Shipping

Your privacy is our top priority. We understand the importance of discretion.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos, product descriptions, or references to the contents inside. The shipping label will only show a generic sender name. You can shop with confidence knowing that 100% discreet shipping is guaranteed.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Includes order verification, quality check, and discreet packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to travel from our fulfillment center to your destination.
International orders are normally delivered in 6-9 working days, and some remote areas require 10-12 days.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your package. If you are not 100% satisfied with your unopened product, you can return it for a refund.

Your safety is our priority.

Because our products are intimate in nature, strictly adhering to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals. This ensures that every product you receive from Fizzglow is brand new and safe.

Ordering and order changes

We understand that plans change. Here is how our cancellation process works:

  • Within 24 Hours: If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering and we haven't shipped it yet, we will issue a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours: If the order hasn't shipped but 24 hours have passed, we can still cancel it, but a 5% processing fee will be applied.
  • Order Shipped: Since we aim to ship within 1-2 business days, we cannot cancel orders that have already left our warehouse. In this case, please wait to receive the package and then initiate a return.

To cancel, simply email our team at service@fizzglow.com with your order details.

  • Wrong Product? If we sent the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours. We will fix it free of charge.
  • Damaged or Defective? If your toy arrives damaged or stops working, send us a photo or video describing the issue. We will replace it or refund you.
  • Package Not Received? If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement ASAP.
