We don't hide inconvenient material facts in fine print. If a handle is ABS plastic and the insertable shaft is medical-grade silicone, we say exactly that.

2. Accurate Safety Rating Labeling

We verify and clearly display the waterproof rating of every electronic device — whether it's IPX4, IPX6, or IPX7 — so you can make informed decisions about cleaning methods and usage environments. We do not inflate ratings or leave them unlisted.

3. Zero Tolerance for Toxic Materials

We do not sell products containing phthalate plasticizers, heavy metal pigments, or other compounds identified as harmful to mucosal tissue. All suppliers are required to provide material safety documentation before their products are listed. If documentation cannot be provided, the product is not listed.

4. Verified Noise Performance

Motor noise levels are tested and disclosed where available. We believe noise performance is a real quality indicator — and a real privacy concern for our customers. Where verified data exists, we publish it. Where it doesn't, we say so.
