How Long Does Shipping Take?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing Time: Includes order verification, quality check, and discreet packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
• Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to travel from our fulfillment center to your destination.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your delivery information and a direct link to track your package online.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is accepted. During peak promotional sales, this process may take slightly longer.

Note on Tracking Updates:
After receiving your tracking number, it can take 24-48 hours for the courier to scan the package and update the status. If you don't see tracking info immediately, don't worry—your package is on its way!

Is My Package Discreet?

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos, product descriptions, or references to the contents inside. The shipping label will only show a generic sender name. You can shop with confidence knowing that 100% discreet shipping is guaranteed.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If you realize your delivery address is incorrect, please contact our Customer Care (service@fizzglow.com) immediately!

We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we cannot change the address once the item has been dispatched.

Taxes and Duties

All shipping costs are inclusive of taxes, and customers generally do not need to pay additional import duties. However, in rare cases where packages are selected for customs inspection, customers are requested to cooperate with customs clearance.

*Please note: If a return is caused by a customer's refusal to cooperate with customs, the customer will be responsible for any taxes or fees incurred.

1. Can I Cancel My Order?

We understand that plans change. Here is how our cancellation process works:

• Within 24 Hours: If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering and we haven't shipped it yet, we will issue a full refund.
• After 24 Hours: If the order hasn't shipped but 24 hours have passed, we can still cancel it, but a 5% processing fee will be applied.
• Order Shipped: Since we aim to ship within 1-2 business days, we cannot cancel orders that have already left our warehouse. In this case, please wait to receive the package and then initiate a return.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your package. If you are not 100% satisfied with your unopened product, you can return it for a refund.

3. Why We Are Strict About Hygiene

Because our products are intimate in nature, strictly adhering to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals. This ensures that every product you receive from Fizzglow is brand new and safe.

4. Issues with Your Order?

We've got your back. If something went wrong, please contact service@fizzglow.com immediately.

• Wrong Product? If we sent the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours. We will fix it free of charge.
• Damaged or Defective? If your toy arrives damaged or stops working, send us a photo or video describing the issue. We will replace it or refund you.
• Package Not Received? If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement ASAP.
